By playing Solfala (the website at solfala.com and its apps) you agree to these terms.

The game

Solfala is offered as a free demo and as a paid full version. The full version is a one-time purchase that unlocks the complete game for the account you buy it with. It is a licence for personal, non-commercial use; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its content.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record; their buyer terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown before you pay and include or add taxes as required where you live. See our refund policy.

Your account

You can play without an account. If you create one, keep your login safe; you are responsible for activity on it. You can delete your account at any time from the game (Account → Delete account).

Fair use

Do not try to break, copy, resell or circumvent the game or its licence checks. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Solfala, so features may change. We do our best to keep it available but cannot guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. The game is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date below. Continuing to play means you accept the new version.
